Data Deletion

You can delete your Labiq account and all associated data at any time, without needing to contact us at all — steps below.

Self-service (fastest)

  • Sign in to Labiq.
  • Go to Settings → scroll to "Delete account permanently" at the bottom.
  • Type your email to confirm and submit.

Can't access your account?

Email us at labiqsupport@gmail.com from the same address your account is registered with and ask us to delete your account - we'll handle the request manually.

What gets deleted

  • Your personal data (name, email, country, phone number if provided).
  • Your saved business profile and all its preferences.
  • All content you generated (posts, images, videos, articles).
  • Login links (Google, etc.) and connected Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp accounts.

What is kept - and why

Only financial transaction records are retained, for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically 5-7 years depending on jurisdiction) - an exception explicitly recognized under data-protection law (e.g. GDPR Article 17(3)(b)), not a disregard of your request.

Timeline

Deletion happens immediately upon confirmation - no waiting period.
