Data Deletion

You can delete your Labiq account and data at any time, without needing to contact us at all — steps below. This page tells you honestly what is deleted immediately and what still needs a step from you.

Self-service (fastest)

  • Sign in to Labiq.
  • Go to Settings → scroll to "Delete account permanently" at the bottom.
  • Type your email to confirm and submit.
  • If you have an active subscription, it must be cancelled first — deletion does not go through while it is active. Email support@labiqtech.com and we will cancel it.

Can't access your account?

Email us at support@labiqtech.com from the same address your account is registered with and ask us to delete your account - we'll handle the request manually.

What gets deleted

  • Your personal data (name, email, country, phone number if provided).
  • Your saved business profile and all its preferences.
  • The records of content you generated (posts, images, videos, articles).
  • Your customers' messages and contacts, campaigns and broadcasts.
  • Connected accounts (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp / Telegram / ads / email) and their keys on our side, the WhatsApp session, and login links (Google, etc.).
  • Your balance.

Still needs a step from you (honestly)

  • The image and video files themselves are not yet deleted automatically from storage — email support@labiqtech.com if you want them removed now.
  • Revoke Labiq in your Facebook and Google settings — we delete the keys on our side only. For Telegram, send /revoke to @BotFather to cancel your bot token.
  • For WhatsApp QR: the session record on our side is deleted immediately, but the open link on your phone stays until you remove it under "Linked devices".

What is kept - and why

Payment records (card transactions, transfers with receipt images, and the admin log of balance changes) are kept for 5 years from the payment date, under Egyptian commercial and tax record-keeping rules — an exception recognized under data-protection law, not a disregard of your request. After that period, receipt images are deleted and the record is unlinked from your name and email. This is our policy; the automatic purge after that period is not built yet. Timeline

Deletion from the database happens immediately upon confirmation - no waiting period.
