• Account data: your email address, name, and profile picture (if you sign in with Google).
• Location data: your country and city (optional) — used to determine appropriate regional pricing and improve the service.
• Generated content: the prompts you submit and the outputs the system produces — stored so you can revisit them in your history.
• Usage data: which tools you use, how many generations you run, the language and dialect you select, and credits consumed.
• Payment data: we store only the transaction amount, status, and identifier — we **never see or store** your card details, which are handled directly by our payment provider.

2. Why We Collect It

• To operate the service itself (generating content, managing your credits, keeping your history).
• To determine appropriate pricing for your country based on local purchasing power.
• To improve output quality and understand which tools and languages need development.
• To communicate with you about your account (sign-in links, payment confirmations).

3. Who We Share Data With

We use specialised service providers to run the platform. Each receives only the minimum data necessary for its role:

• Anthropic — for AI content generation. Receives the text you write and your selections (language, dialect, tone).
• MongoDB Atlas — for secure storage of your account data and content.
• Google — if you choose Google sign-in, we receive your email, name, and profile picture from them.
• Dodo Payments — for payment processing. Handles your card details directly without them passing through us.
• Replicate and Cloudinary — for video processing services (once activated).

We do **not** sell your data to third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it for any marketing purpose.

4. Your Rights

Your data is yours. At any time you may:

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Request correction of any inaccurate data.
• Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Object to processing of your data or request that it be restricted.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we delete your personal data and generated content within 30 days — except financial transaction records, which we are legally required to retain for longer (typically 5–7 years depending on jurisdiction).

We use essential cookies only — to keep you signed in and to remember your interface language preference. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

7. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, along with restricted data access. However, like any internet service, no system is 100% secure — we recommend using a strong, unique password.

8. Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone in that age group. If we discover such an account, we delete it immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance.
