Labiq is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content (social posts, replies, product descriptions, video scripts) across multiple languages and dialects. The service runs on a credit system: you top up credits and consume them with each generation.

2. Your Account

• You must be 16 or older to use the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional welcome credits is prohibited — this violates these terms and may result in suspension of all your accounts.
• Using temporary or disposable email addresses to register is prohibited.

3. Credits and Payment

• Credits **never expire** — you can use them whenever you want.
• There is no monthly subscription and no recurring automatic charge — you only pay when you top up.
• Credit prices vary by country (purchasing-power-based pricing) — the final price is shown before payment.
• Quick refinements of generated text are **free** and do not consume credits, within a reasonable limit per text.
• If a generation fails for any technical reason, credits are **refunded automatically**.

4. Refund Policy

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable, as they are immediately usable and never expire. However, we review each case individually — if you experienced a technical issue preventing use of the service, or were charged in error, contact us at labiqsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of the transaction.

5. Content Ownership

Any content you generate through the platform is **entirely yours**. You may publish it, use it commercially, and modify it freely, with no obligation to us and no attribution required.

Important note: AI may generate similar text for different users given similar inputs — we cannot guarantee absolute uniqueness of output.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to generate:

• Illegal content, or content inciting violence, hatred, or discrimination.
• Misleading or fraudulent content, or false claims about products or services.
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property (trademarks, copyright).
• Pornographic, indecent, or abusive content.
• Mass unsolicited messaging (spam) or content designed to deceive others.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Content Accuracy Disclaimer

Content is AI-generated and may contain errors, inaccurate information, or phrasing unsuitable for your context. **You are responsible for reviewing any content before publishing or using it.** We make no warranty as to accuracy, suitability, or any particular commercial outcome.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service continuously available, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime — interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control (such as outages at our providers). In the event of a prolonged outage, we compensate affected users with additional credits.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid during the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits or business opportunities) arising from use of the service or generated content.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
• We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms, particularly the acceptable use section.
• If we suspend your account for a reason other than a violation, we will refund the value of your unused credits.
